Huset vänder sig genom sin form mot tomtens natursköna förgrund med hällar av bohuslänsk granit och tallskog. Husets form skapar ett insynsskyddade liv med utomhusplatser i lä som tar till vara dagens olika solförhållanden. Formen är enkel och linjerna är strama.
Intentionen är att hela huset skall upplevas och märkas från husets olika hörn och att altanen skall bli en förlängning av inomhusmiljön och förbinda det ut mot berghällarna. Det skapar plats både för en tillvaro i ensamhet och plats för ett socialt liv med gäster, i ständig närvaro av naturen.

The aim of this house is that to make the owners feel destressed in a hectic every day. The terrace will be an extension of the indoor environment and connect it to the cliffs. It creates space for life in solitude and space for socializing with guests in the constant presence of nature.
